Welcome to NexaVault. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the NexaVault website, marketplace,

buyer tools, seller tools, payment systems, messaging systems, dispute systems, support services, and related features.

By accessing or using NexaVault, creating an account, browsing listings, buying products, selling products, sending

messages, or using any marketplace feature, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use NexaVault.

1. About NexaVault

NexaVault is an independent player-to-player digital gaming marketplace where users may buy and sell eligible digital

gaming products and services, including game accounts, in-game currency, items, skins, top-ups, coaching, boosting,

and other gaming-related digital products where permitted by NexaVault policies.

NexaVault is not a game publisher, developer, platform owner, or official game partner. NexaVault is not affiliated with,

endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or officially connected to any game publisher, developer, platform, or brand

mentioned on the website.

After company registration, references to "NexaVault," "we," "us," or "our" mean NexaVault LLC, a Wyoming limited

liability company.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your country or region to use NexaVault. By using NexaVault,

you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

You may not use NexaVault if you are prohibited from using the service under applicable law, payment provider rules,

marketplace restrictions, or NexaVault account restrictions.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for your account, password, security settings, purchases, sales, listings, messages, disputes, and all

activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information updated. You must not create fake

accounts, impersonate another person, sell or transfer your NexaVault account, or use another user's account without

permission.

NexaVault may require email verification, phone verification, identity verification, seller verification, payment verification,

or additional security checks.

4. Marketplace Role

NexaVault provides a marketplace platform where independent buyers and sellers may transact. Sellers are independent

third-party users and are not employees, agents, representatives, or partners of NexaVault.

NexaVault does not own user listings unless clearly stated. Buyers and sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality,

delivery, quality, and compliance of their transactions.

NexaVault may assist with payment flow, order tracking, messaging, dispute review, seller verification, fraud prevention,

and marketplace enforcement.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers must review product descriptions, seller ratings, delivery times, refund terms, warnings, and marketplace rules

before placing an order.

Buyers must provide accurate delivery information, keep communication on NexaVault, use disputes honestly, and

confirm delivery only after receiving the product or service as described.

6. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must create accurate listings, deliver products or services as described, respond professionally, keep delivery

proof, follow marketplace rules, and comply with applicable laws.

Sellers must not list stolen, hacked, compromised, fraudulent, misleading, prohibited, or undeliverable products.

7. Orders and Delivery

Order delivery requirements depend on the product category and listing details. Sellers must deliver within the stated

delivery time unless the buyer agrees to a change through NexaVault messages.

Buyers should not confirm delivery until the product or service has been received and checked.

NexaVault may cancel, hold, review, refund, or restrict orders that appear suspicious, fraudulent, prohibited, or

non-compliant.

8. Payments

All payments must be made through NexaVault's approved payment systems. Users must not request or complete

payment outside NexaVault.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. NexaVault may hold, delay, cancel, refund, reverse, or

review payments for fraud prevention, chargebacks, disputes, seller verification, legal compliance, or policy enforcement.

9. Seller Payouts

Seller payouts are subject to order completion, buyer confirmation, dispute windows, fraud review, chargeback risk,

seller verification, payout provider rules, and NexaVault policies.

NexaVault may delay or hold payouts if there is suspicious activity, open disputes, chargebacks, seller verification

issues, policy violations, or legal concerns.

10. Refunds and Disputes

Refunds and disputes are handled under NexaVault's Refund & Dispute Policy. NexaVault may review listing details,

messages, delivery proof, screenshots, account logs, payment information, buyer history, seller history, and other

evidence.

NexaVault may approve a refund, deny a refund, issue a partial refund, release payment to the seller, cancel an order,

suspend an account, or take other marketplace action.

11. Prohibited Activity

Users must not:

• Sell stolen, hacked, recovered, or compromised accounts.

• Sell cheats, hacks, bots, scripts, exploits, malware, phishing tools, or unauthorized access tools.

• Commit fraud, scams, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or identity misuse.

• Trade outside NexaVault to avoid fees or protection systems.

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or deceive other users.

• Manipulate reviews, ratings, orders, or seller reputation.

• Upload false, misleading, illegal, or infringing content.

• Use NexaVault in a way that violates applicable laws or marketplace policies.

12. Account Suspension

NexaVault may suspend, restrict, limit, or terminate accounts for fraud risk, suspicious activity, chargebacks, policy

violations, abusive behavior, illegal activity, failed verification, payment issues, or risk to the marketplace.

13. Intellectual Property

NexaVault owns its platform, brand, website design, text, graphics, systems, software, logos, trademarks, and

marketplace content, except user-generated content and third-party trademarks.

Game names, logos, platform names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only for

identification purposes.

14. Third-Party Platforms

NexaVault does not control game publishers, game platforms, console providers, payment providers, social platforms, or

third-party services. NexaVault is not responsible for bans, suspensions, account recovery, platform restrictions, rule

changes, or third-party decisions.

15. No Guarantee

NexaVault provides marketplace tools, order flow, dispute support, and safety features, but does not guarantee that

every transaction will be risk-free, error-free, uninterrupted, or successful.

Users are responsible for reviewing listings, understanding risks, and complying with applicable game or platform terms.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexaVault is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive,

or business-loss damages, including loss of profits, digital goods, account access, data, marketplace opportunities, or

third-party platform access.

17. Changes to Terms

NexaVault may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of NexaVault after updates means you accept the

revised Terms.
