This Payment Policy explains how payments work on NexaVault.

1. Approved Payment Methods

Buyers must use payment methods approved by NexaVault. Available payment methods may vary by country, currency,

product type, risk level, and payment provider.

2. Off-Platform Payments Prohibited

Users must not request or complete payment outside NexaVault. Off-platform payments may result in loss of buyer

protection, loss of seller protection, order cancellation, or account restriction.

3. Payment Review

Payments may be reviewed for fraud, suspicious activity, mismatched information, high-risk behavior, or payment

provider requirements.

4. Failed Payments

Orders may be cancelled or delayed if payment fails, is reversed, is flagged, or is not completed.

5. Currency and Fees

Prices may be shown in supported currencies. Banks, card issuers, payment providers, or currency conversion providers

may charge additional fees.
