Payout Policy

This Payout Policy explains how sellers receive funds from completed orders.
1. Payout Eligibility
A seller may become eligible for payout after:
- The order is completed.
- The buyer confirms delivery or the order auto-completes.
- Any required dispute window has passed.
- Fraud checks are cleared.
- Seller verification is complete.
- No active payout hold applies.
2. Payout Holds
NexaVault may hold payouts for:
- Open disputes.
- Chargebacks.
- Refund reviews.
- Fraud risk.
- Suspicious activity.
- Seller verification issues.
- Policy violations.
- Legal or payment provider requirements.
3. Payout Methods
Payout options may vary by country, seller level, payout provider, and risk review.
4. Payout Fees
Payout providers may charge transfer, withdrawal, conversion, or banking fees. NexaVault may also charge marketplace
or withdrawal fees where applicable.
