seller messages, seller response, buyer response, and marketplace rules.
2. Refunds May Be Approved If

- The product is significantly different from the listing.
- The seller cannot complete the order.
- Delivery evidence is missing, invalid, or insufficient.
- The seller violates NexaVault rules.
- The listing is fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited.
- NexaVault determines that the buyer did not receive what was purchased.
3. Refunds May Be Denied If
A refund may be denied if:
- The product or service was delivered as described.
- The buyer confirmed delivery.
- The buyer provided incorrect delivery information.
- The buyer changed their mind after delivery.
- The buyer used, modified, transferred, consumed, or resold the product.
- The issue happened outside NexaVault.
- The buyer violated NexaVault policies.
- The buyer made a false claim or abused the dispute process.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before delivery if the seller has not started or completed the order. Once delivery is completed,
cancellation may not be available.
NexaVault may cancel orders that appear suspicious, fraudulent, prohibited, or non-compliant.
5. Digital Goods
Digital goods may become non-refundable after delivery, access, transfer, redemption, consumption, or buyer
confirmation, unless the product was not delivered as described or another valid dispute reason applies.
6. Chargebacks
Users should contact NexaVault support before filing a chargeback. False, abusive, or premature chargebacks may
result in account restrictions.
