Dispute Resolution Policy

NexaVault provides a dispute process to help buyers and sellers resolve order issues.
1. When a Dispute May Be Opened
A dispute may be opened if:
- The product was not delivered.
- The product was incomplete.
- The product was significantly different from the listing.
- The seller is unresponsive.
- The buyer claims delivery proof is invalid.
- The seller claims the buyer is making a false claim.
- The order involves suspected fraud or abuse.
2. Evidence NexaVault May Review
NexaVault may review:
- Listing details.
- Order details.
- Buyer-seller messages.
- Delivery proof.
- Screenshots or recordings.
- Login or access records.
- Payment and fraud signals.
- Buyer and seller history.
- Support conversations.
- Other relevant information.
3. Buyer Responsibilities During Disputes
Buyers must explain the issue clearly, provide evidence, respond to support requests, and avoid false or misleading
claims.
4. Seller Responsibilities During Disputes
Sellers must provide delivery proof, respond to the dispute, explain their position, and cooperate with NexaVault's review.
5. Possible Outcomes
NexaVault may:
- Approve a full refund.
- Approve a partial refund.
- Release payment to the seller.
- Cancel the order.
- Require additional delivery.
- Restrict a buyer or seller account.
- Remove a listing.
- Take other marketplace action.
6. Final Decision
NexaVault may make a final decision based on available evidence, marketplace rules, fraud risk, buyer history, seller
history, and payment provider requirements.
