Seller Agreement

This Seller Agreement applies to all users who list or sell products or services on NexaVault.

By becoming a seller, you agree to this Seller Agreement, the Terms of Service, Seller Policy, Listing Policy, Prohibited

Products Policy, Payout Policy, and all other applicable NexaVault rules.

1. Independent Seller Status

Sellers are independent marketplace users. Sellers are not employees, agents, representatives, contractors, partners, or

affiliates of NexaVault.

2. Seller Verification

NexaVault may require sellers to complete verification before listing, receiving orders, or receiving payouts.

3. Seller Obligations

Sellers must:

  • Provide accurate seller information.
  • Keep listings truthful and updated.
  • Deliver products or services as described.
  • Maintain delivery proof.
  • Communicate professionally.
  • Follow payout, refund, and dispute rules.
  • Comply with applicable laws and taxes.

4. Fees

Sellers agree to pay applicable marketplace fees, payment fees, payout fees, promotional fees, or other fees shown by

NexaVault.

5. Payout Holds

NexaVault may hold or delay payouts for disputes, chargebacks, fraud risk, verification issues, payment provider

requirements, legal concerns, or policy enforcement.

6. Termination of Seller Access

NexaVault may remove seller access for policy violations, fraud risk, prohibited listings, abusive conduct, high disputes,

high chargebacks, or failed verification.
